6 more celebrity chefs have signed on to participate in Chefs’ Playground, bringing the total chef count up to 14, alongside 2 celebrated mixologists.
Chef Thai Dang of Embeya and pastry chef Genie Kwon of Boka and GT Fish & Oyster as well as celebrated mixologist Adam Seger will participate in the main event.
Exclusive to the VIP Hour only, chefs Erling Wu Bower of Nico Osteria, Erik Freeberg of Bar Toma, Giuseppe Tentori of GT Fish & Oyster and Gene Kato of Sumi Robata Bar will offer school-inspired passed appetizers complimented by playful signature cocktails from mixologist Benjamin Newby.
