AGC’s Director of Sustainability and Operations, Dan Schnitzer, presented to the Humane Society of the US today about AGC’s vegetable-based meal options and Meatless Monday tradition.
Students and staff at AGC are always offered a tasty and nutritious meatless option to the delight of AGC’s vegetarian and vegan staff… and students! Giving students the opportunity to taste well-prepared meatless options each day makes instating Meatless Mondays a breeze. Many do not even notice the pattern!
